Processing of Sensitive Personal Data
OFY occasionally processes special categories of personal data, as this is necessary for the delivery of our services and to meet our obligations under the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (WWFT).
We handle this data discreetly and with the utmost care. We will delete or destroy this information as soon as it is no longer relevant for the execution of our services.
