How much is the rate to hire a meeting room?
We work with rates per person: €19.50 for 1 hour, €36.00 for 2 hours, €43.00 for 4 hours, and €49.50 for a full day. This includes screens, a flip chart, snacks, cleaning, hospitality services and fresh fruit.
Which facilities are standard in the meeting rooms?
In addition to coffee, tea, water, sweets and fruit, each room includes a presentation screen, a flip chart and/or whiteboard with markers, plus pens and paper. You’ll also find various office supplies such as Post-its, a stapler, tape and more, and you have the option to print and scan.
If you need anything else, our reception team will be happy to help arrange it for you.
How do we find the meeting room within the building?
You’ll be welcomed by our hostess at reception. She will show you the meeting room and all facilities, so you know where to go that day and can make the most of everything available.
Can I view the available meeting rooms?
Absolutely. By scheduling an appointment, our reception team can set aside time to show you all available meeting rooms and facilities in detail. This also allows us to take current room availability into account.
Of course, you’re always welcome to drop by as well.
Can we use the meeting room outside regular opening hours?
By arrangement, this can certainly be made possible — and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
