WHAT ARE YOUR MEETING ROOM RATES?
We charge per person for our meeting rooms.
1 hour costs €19,50, 2 hours costs €36, 4 hours costs €43, and a full day costs €49.50. These prices include the use of all facilities, such as ultra-fast Wi-Fi, presentation screens, a flipchart, hospitality services, and unlimited coffee/tea, snacks and fresh fruit.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE MEETING ROOM?
Renting a FOR YOU meeting room means working fully serviced.
You can enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, snacks and fresh fruit throughout your meeting. Every meeting room includes a presentation screen and a flipchart and/or whiteboard for notes.
As a guest, you also have access to our printer/scanner and office supplies.
Do you have any additional wishes or would you like to add lunch catering? Get in touch with us and we’ll take care of everything — full service, as always.
HOW DO WE KNOW WHERE TO FIND THE MEETING ROOM IN THE BUILDING?
You’ll be welcomed with a smile by our host at reception.
They’ll guide you to your meeting room and walk you through all facilities, so you can start your meeting with ease.
CAN I VIEW THE MEETING ROOMS BEFORE BOOKING?
That’s possible. Schedule a tour at our location via the contact form and we’ll personally show you all meeting rooms and facilities. That way, you can be sure the space fits your needs perfectly.
